The Accidental Further Adventures of the Hundred-Year-Old Man

This book is in a Controlled Release!
2 journalers for this copy...
Almost two years ago, I was given an Indigo gift card and less than a week ago I finally used it to buy this book. The old man was calling to me!
I devoured this book in a way that I haven’t in a very long time, well perhaps since the original 100-year-old man.
It all begins with hot air balloon trip and three bottles of champagne. Allan and partner-in-mischief Julius are ready for some spectacular views, but they’re not expecting to land in the sea and be rescued by a North Korean ship, and they could never have imagined that the captain would be harbouring a briefcase full of contraband uranium, on a nuclear weapons mission for Kim Jong-un.
Soon Allan and Julius are at the centre of a complex diplomatic crisis involving world figures, from the Swedish foreign minister to Chancellor Angela Merkel, Presidents Trump and Putin. Needless to say, things are about to get very complicated.
I will no longer tell people that my favourite book is the 100-year-old Man because now, there are two books!!
Thank you for catching this book and coming here to see its journal!
To me, it’s important to be sure this book is in (your!) good hands. Please, let me know that you’ve found it. I’m also interested to know what you thought of it. That’s why I ask you to re-visit the site and make another journal entry sharing your thoughts and maybe telling what kind of plans you have for it.
If you are new to BookCrossing, stay in the site a bit longer and enjoy it. You’re more than welcome to join the fun and become a member.
HAPPY READING!!!
Many thanks, Herchelle
