This little book could have been more carefully edited- there are lots of grammar errors and typos. However, the writer’s enthusiasm for her subject is charming, and makes it easy to overlook the flaws.
I’ve been doing entry-level baking all my life, but am new to the pleasures of more advanced baking and other types of cooking, so I have a lot to learn. I’m sure that experienced cooks would find this book to be too basic, but reading it taught me some useful tips.
