My favourite short story was the first one, Quadraturin. It's about a young man who feels suffocated by the lack of space in communist Russia, at that time known as USSR. He has right to his studio apartment, but it's a poor location. He wants more space, so he finally tries a new compound, the quadraturin material of the title. It's an experimental product, still on the tryouts. Will it make space extend, expand and spread? It reminded a lot of Edgar Allan Poe. My favourite one for sure.
