Worth re-reading.

This book had me nodding in agreement at practically every page. It's like preaching to the choir - or no, wait, do we have a non-religious alternative for that?

I've been an atheist for as long as I can remember - even though I did go along with my family's wishes in all the rituals. I've never felt OK with all the things that were said and done in the name of religion, however harmless they may seem on an individual level. This book shows that even seemingly meaningless beliefs all sustain a population that is not thinking for themselves and that even moderate surroundings can bring forth people who do harm at a massive scale. This book will probably keep burning low in the back of my mind for quite a while until it's message is fully incorporated.
