Having never worked in a restaurant, I found this very interesting.

Offered up and claimed from the CD VBB, headed off to WI.

I just had to pick this audiobook. We own and operated 4 sandwich shops and Oh, the stories I could tell. One incident... a man went on a total meltdown tirade because we didn't have black olive and green peppers to put on his sandwich. Umm... we don't even have them on the menu. Plus, he didn't even ask for them when he ordered. Wow! Anyway, It be interesting to hear other experiences.

Totally enjoyed this audiobook. Some stuff hit close to home, while other tales were surprising but not so surprising. Let's just say, the restaurant industry is like no other industry and the the characters that serve and are served can be very eclectic, challenging and, in plain speak, a bit crazy. I may hang onto this set a bit longer as I really want my husband to listen to this. I know that we will find much conversation comparing the author's experiences to our own. Ha!
