Kinsey is brought in by Californian Fidelity, the company she used to work with to find out if it is true that the announcement that a suicide where the body was never been found has been prematurely declared dead. Mainly because CF have just paid out on the insurance policy on his life. The story develops with a focus on the effect of all of this on the suicides family and others. It also leads to Kinsey finding out some things about her own family. Keeping this for sandy up dead who is also reading the series

It's good to get back into this series again, and much easier this time having recently read 'I'. Kinsey works hard to get the information she needs, and builds a rapport with the people involved. I might not always agree with her methods (!) but it's an enjoyable read nonetheless, and it was intriguing to find out more about Kinsey's background in the process.
