After WWII, a visit by an alien spacecraft delivered a strange virus into the Earth`s atmosphere, creating mutants and extraordinary abilities. These people went good or bad, and a dystopian universe was created that has spawned many anthologies full of stories by many well-known authors. This is the origional, and while I don`t usually read this stuff, so far it is intresting enough to check out.

Found at the Little Free Library on Garwood St. This is the only new book there since lat November! Someone needs to put a few in there, it`s a nice little LFL.

This is a great LFL, and I haven`t been here for a while. Good walk on a nice bright and snowy day, even if the sidewalks were quite an adventure of piled snow to get through, or around. Well if the book is a fantasy, then the walk should be even mildly a challenge!
