This was an interesting approach to addressing the stages of grief and trauma, not just around death but different types of life experiences/trauma. Generally it's a half glass full type of philosophy slash self help -- some of it incorporates general themes -- which may work for some folks and not work for others. Spoiler/interesting note--there is a large focus on Post Traumatic Growth/PTG as a response to extreme/grief or trauma here documented in many anecdotes and stories -- via some quick online research it's still a gray area in the professional/psychology community -- whether PTG is really a possible and/or a productive therapy for every person experiencing PTSD -- kinda of like all the data isn't really in yet/too soon to really give one certain answer, etc., but it is interesting concept/theory as contrasted to the wait a least one/1 year before any life changing decision theory, etc.
To be released Little Free Library, downtown crossing, Boston, MA US 5/27/19.
