Released 5 yrs ago (4/19/2018 UTC) at Bookcrossing Convention Bordeaux 2018 in Bordeaux, Aquitaine France
WILD RELEASE NOTES:
I will take the book to the 2018 Convention at Bordeaux.
Picked up at the book buffet.
This is not the first book of the Brother Cadfael series I've read. I did'nt exactly like it as much as the other ones, maybe for several reasons. It was the first one I read in English and I came upon a vast number of unfamiliar words - more than in other books.
Especially in the beginning, I found it rather tiresome until the story did speed up.
And last, I was a bit astonished about the often occuring excessive description of the beauty of the main male characters.
