When money is mysteriously deposited in PI Kinsey Millhone's account, it looks like she's being set up over an insurance claim she's investigated. Kinsey enjoys being single but with her friends away over Christmas she's feeling low and has no one to turn to. An old school friend's family is involved in the case and then her ex husband shows up, trying to get into her life again. I'm enjoying this series, they're quick reads but with a good plot.
