Secrets

Interesting story, though I admit I had no sympathy for the main character, even up to the end when it's revealed she has a sick son. And here there appears to be much given in exposition that's not followed through. For example, the main character Sabina is revealed to have worked in porn before becoming famous. Why reveal that if it doesn't come back later in the book? What purpose does it serve? Seems only one character has his secrets revealed, the others get off scot free. I would have handled the progression of the story differently.
Going to the DS bookbox.
