I dived into the diverse world of Finnish science fiction & fantasy, where anything is possible. Steampunk & folklore combined? Naturally! Scifi horror? Why not!

15 short stories, now available in English for international readers to enjoy Finnish speculative fiction.

An interesting and quirky collection.

The stories were quite different from each other, but all did have that undefinable Nordic feeling.

When one tale’s protagonist uncovered the name of the ship he was trying to salvage I did have to jump back to double check the name of the comet. Put the two together and anyone genre savvy would not be opening the hatch.
I guess the fandom didn’t survive the fall..
