Journal Entry 1 by bookfrogster from Edinburgh, Scotland United Kingdom on Wednesday, January 3, 2018
I've read this book a couple of times. It's very good, so I thought it would make a good choice for the maritime sweeps. Here is my entry from a previous Bookcrossing copy.
This is beautifully written tale. It's set in a time when the world is pretty much covered by water, not much land left and a lot of people live at sea.

And off it goes to the winner of the maritime sweeps. Happy reading!
Thank you. It is always good to be introduced to a book that has been read multiple times.

Now moving onto a new reader. This book was left neglected on my shelf for to long so it's now time for this one to move on

**** Also charity shops may well discard books that have been labelled in any way and they mostly chose only the books in the very best condition to place on their shelves and discard the rest-so another bad release option. ****

How I love Bookcrossing and bookcrossers. It is like magic that this wish list book arrived on a day when I felt absolutely terrible and my public library is once again closed. So million thanks Shahrun for this book and of course the adorable postcard calendar. It will be read very soon I promise.
I have lately had difficulties concentrating on books. For some reason I seem to get started just fine and then just sort of stop being interested. So I was kind of worried what would happen with this book. I started...and I kept on reading. Somehow the watery universe was really fascinating and I liked the two main characters. I find it always wonderful when the author manages to create a credible universe. And this was a a very credible, very cinematic as well. And I loved the clowns!
So thank you for this book. I will keep it in my shelf until we are ready to meet other bookcrossers live so I can offer it to someone else.
