Small town mystery. At 13, Frank Drum is often at the outskirts of adult happenings. And Frank and his younger brother Jake watch and listen to their parents, recently graduated sister, and other adults as the events unfold.

Oddly, this book begins with the very same quote from Aeschylus in the ending of my previous read, The Sparrow.
