I found this slightly-battered paperback on the charity-sale shelves at Hannaford's. And I found a dollar bill inside, along with an old airplane ticket stub! (I'm tracking the bill on Where's George, here.)
Later: While I've enjoyed several of Lackey's books, this one didn't grab me - a shame, as I liked the idea of a gypsy girl named Nightingale teaming up with winged, eagle-headed T'lyrr...
