I bought this book some time ago a local charity shop in my hometown of Cambridge, ON. It looks like it has changed hands a couple of times before getting to me, but it's still in fine shape. As it is getting close to Christmas, I thought it was high time I registered this book so it will be ready to go out and find a new home.

In celebration of the sesquicentennial, I have dedicated my 2017 bookcrossing activity to the reading and sharing of Canadian stories. As Franklin is a popular children's series of Canadian origin, I think this book is a great inclusion for my Canada 150 project!

My husband and I made a quick stop in Kemptville while driving home from a weekend in Quebec, and since it's almost Christmas I thought it would be an opportune time to release this Christmas storybook. I left it propped up against the window in the vestibule of the Tim Horton's just off the highway (near Walmart).

This book was released as part of the 2017 "52 Towns in 52 Weeks" Release Challenge. I finished my 52 in the summer but I've kept on going-- Kemptville was Town #81 for me!
