A girl with a thread

of thought pulled out,
and frayed in too many directions.

ha ha This is one those odd books that you wonder how it came about. The book is strangely large and yet very thin.

I would have liked it in a smaller format. The drawing was also kind of junior high-ish as well. Still, I think the book itself was fun. Not overly profound or anything but it was strangely funny in parts and it does pull you in. The character herself is pretty odd and her focus is always askew. So I found her entertaining to follow.

Not the greatest thing ever, but I liked this one. :)

This lucky little book has become part of nimrodiel's Manga & Graphic novel bookbox! :)

As usual, I'm trying to put a variety of types in here, so there's lots of stuff that people haven't seen before. This one qualifies I think!

Hope it finds a new reader! ;)

This came back in my manga & graphic novel book box.

I liked this one too. There was so much detail in the simple drawings. Reading it brought me back to the awkwardness of high school and figuring out who you are in the midst of becoming a teenager and navigating through high school. I read over on goodreads that the artist drew a graphic novel each year during high school. I'm going to see if my library has the next couple of years available to read.

This arrived a couple days ago, but the day it arrived we had no electricity, so I set the box aside and forgot to journal the books when the power came back. Sorry for the delay, and thank you for the books!

I am moving most of the books from my TBR to the my available shelf because I am in the process of moving and trying to avoid moving books! If I have time, I still plan to read these, but I'm getting them ready to travel if that happens first.
