I'll be honest - I bought this because of the title. I thought this was be a funny book but it turned out to be more of a self-help book. He distills a bunch of different philosophies and psychology into some succinct advice which is probably profound and eye opening for 20 somethings who are just entering adulthood and wondering why their lives aren't the way they thought they would be. But since I'm an adult who is happy and secure, most of this book reads as the "NO SHIT" kind of stuff that I already know. That's not necessarily a knock on the book who has healthy relationships and isn't floundering to find a career path, I don't think I'm the target audience.
