Picked this up from Ardachy at our meal at The Blue ~Anchor. Have never read any books about Amundsen's later career as an aviator so looking forward to this one!
An enthralling read! Amundsen was at the cutting edge of aeronautics in the early 1920s'. His ownj account of his experiences was apparently influenced by a falling-out with one of his team, and rather eclipsed his reputation as a Polar explorer for a time. But not for long!
