I got this hardcover from Better World Books. It depicts one of the legends about the origin of the Eastern Zodiac: a race among the animals, with the first twelve finishers each getting a year in the 12-year cycle named for them. Some of the animals are very, very sneaky, and manage to get the advantage over creatures who should have been able to beat them...

[There's a TV Tropes page on the eastern zodiac and its appearances in pop culture.]
