I got this good-condition softcover at a local Salvation Army thrift shop. It's a handsome cookbook with a vegetable theme, and featured several dishes that I've made notes on for future use, including:

Thai Corn Soup with Chili Jam accents - looks like a great way to take advantage of the peak sweet-corn season.

Grilled Eggplant Lasagna - I love eggplant, and lasagna, so this is perfect!

Cucumbers Pickled With Chili and Garlic - very simple, very tasty.

And much more, with clear instructions and lovely photos.

I left this book in the Little Free Library on this surprisingly warm afternoon; hope someone enjoys it!
