This epic narrative told through the perspective of a large group of people living in a high-rise apartment block after a flooding apocalypse is a very enthralling look at future life. Many of the same situations and cares apply to the world of now, with the added problem of living above a waterline that encompasses most of the cityscape that used to be dry land. Really good book, does tend to drag a little towards the end though.
