Got this slim softcover from the charity-sale shelves at the Hudson NH Hannaford's. It's about a little girl who really, really wants a horse (unusual, right?) - only she gets one, but it's an actual ghost! Figuring out why it's there and what it wants reveals a tragic past, but it seems that all's well by the end of the story.
