Loved this book - believable, honest chatracters, real situations, for the most part, and some very deep issues.
Touching, thought prvoking, and utterly engrossing - maybe it was the kentucky/Southern connection, but I was hooked instantly.
Thanks for sharing.

I took a long time to get round to this one but I absolutely loved it. I kept reading expecting one thing to happen but it never did and in the end I was glad. I really liked the characters who were beautifully portrayed. Every one in the book had little in the way of possessions but a great deal of love and humanity. A touching and rather humbling book.
