Mr Potok bought this second-hand, probably at a charity shop. He finished with it while we were staying in one of the National Trust's back-to-back houses in Birmingham.

We've been staying at one of the National Trust's restored back-to-back houses. A fantastic place to stay, right in the center of Birmingham (Chinatown), with a period feel (but with the addition of indoor plumbing, thankfully).

So we're leaving this in amongst the dozen or more other books left for guests, in the holiday let. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
