I enjoyed this one a lot. I am very pleasantly surprised. It is better if one goes in without knowing anything about the story, which is my case. I look forward to other works by this author.

My Review
Clare Mackintosh is an author who came onto my scene 4 years or so ago, and because of her involvement in law enforcement, I have been looking forward to jumping into her writing.
Starting with her debut novel, I was not disappointed.
Great unexpected twist in the story and I loved the setting of a remote Welsh town on the coast, as well as Bristol.
Looking forward to more by this author.
