I really enjoyed this one. It was the best so far. There were some genuine laugh-out-loud moments. Especially during interactions with Briggs. Briggs just might be my new favorite - maybe even above Lula! I can't wait to find out what happens with Morelli and Stephanie. And Stephanie and Ranger. Thank goodness the next book is already published and I don't have to wait to find out. I only have to go as far as my very own TBR pile.

I think that these keep getting better. I laughed out loud in several places. I'm glad that I already have the next book so that I don't have to wait to see what (who?) happens next!

Will mail to ToXiXCiTTiKiSS this week

These books do keep getting better. They are all funny. Can't wait for the next ones.

Journal Entry 8 by princessaurora on Sunday, July 4, 2004
Received in the mail yesterday. I'll be starting this one after I'm finished with the book I'm reading now. I'm anxious to read this.

Journal Entry 9 by princessaurora on Wednesday, July 7, 2004
These really do get funnier and funnier. My mom kept asking me what I was laughing at. Briggs' presence makes everything funnier. I love others' reactions to him. I'm so glad I had the next one already because the ending to this one was driving me nuts!

Mailing to Katie DeMaio tomorrow (7/16).

Great book. Sent on to AbbyR

Err. I forgot to journal this when I got it. I plan on reading it in the next week. I can't wait to find out if/how she addresses that whole pregnancy thing left hanging in book 4!

Journal Entry 12 by EvaLowrain from Louisville, Kentucky USA on Monday, January 24, 2005
Another terrifically fun book, and this time, I didn't figure out what was going on. I just knew it was the mid...errr...little person. And boy, I don't know whom to root for - Morelli or Ranger. Steamy stuff there. I was upset about the ending until I realized I had the next book and could see what happened right away. At this point, I'm not sure I'm reading it as a mystery or as a serial Romance, but boy, what a great reason to stay up late.

Off to timollie5502, mailed Jan. 31.

Just got this one, 6, and 7 in the mail today! I can't wait to start them, but I have a couple in front of them first.

Journal Entry 14 by timollie5502 from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania USA on Sunday, February 13, 2005
Just finished this one this morning. What a great book! I'm enjoying all of Stephanie's crazy friends (Briggs is growing on me) and her love life. I'm planning to start 6 very soon, and figure out who the mystery man was at the end!
From the "Plum-ography":
1)Historic moment: Stephanie gets the hots for Ranger
2)New characters introduced: Uncle Fred, Aunt Mabel, Randy Briggs
3)Automotive Factoid: Stephanie drives a Porsche, a BMW, and a '53 Buick.

Off to Bunnybee - mailed 2/23/05

Arrived today along with books 6 and 7! Bookring avalanche! I still haven't read books 3 & 4 yet, so I might try to track those down real quick before I get to these, but I will try to be fairly fast about it. :-)

For now- they go on the short bookring TBR pile after one other bookring!

*** Update 3/28- I squeezed in 2 bookrings and 2 library books (Evanovich 3 & 4) but now I'm starting on this one today! Sorry for the delay, but I'm hoping these can get back on track to the rest of the bookring list IN ORDER, once 3 & 4 get flowing again!

Finished this last night, and I liked it. The story itself didn't have me laughing as much as the past volumes, but the ending... YIKES!!! Now I want to hurry up and get to the next one to see just WHO that was, that Stephanie was with?!??

Anyway, since these series books are jammed up at my house (3 traveling together!), I do plan to go slowly and hopefully get them spread back out again before sending the next ones on their way. I will be mailing this one out soon to jarrett622. :-)

Update: mailing on 4/15 to jarrett622. :-)

As ever...another good one in the Plum saga. I love her books. It's like sitting down with a huge box of chocolates. The anticipation.

I'm sorry to be so long in journaling this one. It got shuffled around on my desk. I read it the day I received it and of course setting it on my desk was about the worst thing I could have done. Will be sending on to KarinAlyssa as soon as I have an addy.

Journal Entry 18 by KarinAlyssa on Thursday, July 21, 2005
Received this book today, I had given up on this one. I went to my library and they only had it in French and the title, translated, was Five to Sex. I finished it last night and received this one this afternoon, so I don't think I will be reading it again especially now that I have all the books from 5 to 9 at home. I promise to hurry to send it to MooChild.

I enjoyed this book especially the game between Stephanie, Ranger and Morelli and I hate cliffhangers, so I read the first chapter of Hot Six and I had chosen the wrong man.

Met up with KarinAlyssa today and received High Five through To the Nines! I can't wait to get started. One book ahead for book club, then these. Going camping next weekend so hope to get lots of reading done!

What a riot! The books do indeed get better with each one. The last page certainly had me rushing to begin book 6 :)

Mailed to Flaming-Ice just a few minutes ago.

It's here! I'll update as soon as I read it. Evanovich books will be my saviour during this semester, as I have lots of bloody middle-ages poetry to do, lots of Shakespearean and Ben Jonson plays, and more horrible stuff. A light laugh-out-loud novel like all the Plum series is just the right thing to read on breaks! Thanks :-)
