I found this hardcover, inscribed by illustrator Wendell Minor, in this Little Free Library in Westford MA while dropping off some books of my own. It contains the words of Bates' poem, with accompanying images from across the nation. There's a legend at the end of the book explaining each of the images, and a page showing the musical score for the song.
