In an enthralling new historical novel from national bestselling author Kate Quinn, two women—a female spy recruited to the real-life Alice Network in France during World War I and an unconventional American socialite searching for her cousin in 1947—are brought together in a mesmerizing story of courage and redemprion.

I enjoyed this book very much, highlighting one of the many roles women played during World War I. The author did a good job going back and forth between the storylines.
Taking this to the October BookCrossing meeting to be enjoyed by the next reader.
Picked up at the Calgary bookcrossing meetup. Looking forward to the read!
I had just finished the lost girls of Paris, and thought I wanted another era book along the same lines. Boy this made the other book look so light.
A really good book but so much heavier than I expected it to be.
Will be brought back to Calgary bookcrossing whenever mass gatherings are allowed again.
