Ohmygosh - this is the most wonderful timing! Bearing in mind I had honestly forgotten about requesting this book:

1. 2 days ago, I spent the day at Spirit Rock (my first time there) - a nearby Budhist Center, with authors Sylvia Boorstein & Rachel Remen, MD (Kitchen Table Wisdom - one of my favorites). Jon Kabat-Zinn will be giving a workshop there soon.
2. Yesterday I finally decided to offer my beautiful HB Everyday Blessings- by this same author and his wife - on the relay and it was accepted by a BC friend who comes to the same local meet-up. Though missing it already, I was so happy it would have a good home.
3. I have loved this title (and the truth of it) for many years - but had never seen or read the book.
