Really enjoyed this one. Felt sorry for Eilis, once she realised she was going to Brooklyn. It was brave to take on such a journey at that time and at her age. Must have been quite daunting. I really found myself lost in Eilis story and watching her life unfold.
I found the trip back to Ireland and the events that followed quite an interesting story. I wasn't expecting the way it ended, however it was totally appropriate.
