trade-size paperback.
from the back cover:
A J Fikry's life is not at all what he expected it to be. He lives alone, his bookstore is experiencing the worst sales in its history, and now his prized possession, a rare collection of Poe poems, has been stolen. But when a mysterious package appears at the bookstore, its unexpected arrival gives Fikry the chance to make his life over - and see everything anew.
I read this several months ago and remember that I enjoyed it

Thank you, waterfalling!
Very enjoyable! A quick read with many light moments but dealing with some serious issues as well. Fikry’s unexpected fatherhood changes his life in so many ways, and Maya is an adorable child who grows, over the course of the novel, into a wonderful young woman. There’s just so much to say about this, but time is lacking, so I’ll just say I heartily recommend it!
