I picked this up from a little free library outside of the King Arts magnet school. As I was walking past I noticed that the door was broken and the window gone, possibly a victim of the windy weather we have been having. I read this during one of my homebound evenings during Illinois shelter in place order during the Covid-19 pandemic. I loved this collection of folk tales. As it collects stories from celtic countries I found both the Irish and Scottish tales I grew up with as well as some new ones from Cornwall and Wales. This is a lovely collection with some gorgeous illustrations.

I have an elderly aunt whom I believe will love this book. I'm going to hold onto it until the Covid-19 scare calms down, then pass it along to her. Hopefully it will be soon.
