I bought this crazy-titled book at internet book store, because I have liked some of Christopher Moore's other books.

This book tells about Tucker Case, who is a pilot of Mary Jean Cosmetics, until he crashes one of the planes during a stupid drunken liaison. Tuck's only change of employment after that is to take a place as a pilot for a medical missionary and a high priestess of a remote Micronesian island. Tucker Case is thrown into a world of shady businesses, native Shark People, cargo cults, ninjas and talking fruit bats.

Despite the brilliantly crazy idea, this book is not one of Moore's best in my opinion. I'm mostly disturbed by - or rather tired of - the way the women are depicted in it: either they're hardly mentioned and oppressed workers, or they have gotten to their higher position by sex(iness). Mary Jean is the notable exception. The book has its moments, but it's not one for me to keep.
