The Blue Sweater: Bridging the Gap Between Rich and Poor in an Interconnected World
3 journalers for this copy...
I have not yet read this book but it looks interesting. This book was given to me by a friend for BC release. It is the favorite book of her daughter Lauren. Thanks Lauren.
This book was on my TBR pile. Since I do not know when I'll get around to reading it, I've decided to set it free for another reader to enjoy.
The book has an interesting 1st line and I will be releasing this book at the annual BCinDC holiday party during the "1st line wrap it up" game.
This book is being released at the annual BCinDC holiday party "1st line wrap it up" game.
The 1st line is...
"It all started with a blue sweater, the one my Uncle Ed gave me."
Keep or release, read it or not, but please make a journal entry to let me know it's been found. Keep it, pass it on to a friend or release it into the wild.... let the journey continue.....

I got this book during the FIRST LINE GAME at the BookCrossing holiday party at authorauthor's house today.
The first line of this book is:
It all started with the blue sweater, the one my uncle Ed gave me.
Thank you for this book. It looks really interesting. In light of my political views, I might just be compelled to read this book. We'll see...

I am simply overwhelmed with books. There's nothing to do now but a massive book culling. As it is, even if I live to a grand old age and remain completely healthy, there is no way I would be able to read as many books as I have placed on my "To Be Read" pile here at home. This one book book is part of that massive culling.
Sweet travels, little book, and good luck in finding a welcoming reader.

Found this book in our collection of things to be read. Looks very relevant in the days of Covid.
