This is a truly disturbing addition to the Holmes canon, and I have to say one I will try to forget. Grisly, twisting the Sherlock Holmes character into a horror-vision of the Great Detective`s story. I will pass it on to someone who likes Jack the Ripper stories, but the Holmes in this story, though Watson is not too unbelievable, leaves me with dark shadows.
