I'm not much of a chicklit reader myself, but hope I'll find somebody who will enjoy this.

I had never before read anything by Cecelia Ahern, because I was under the impression that she wrote tacky, cloyingly sweet romances only. But then somehow the blurb on the back intrigued me despite myself... and I was pleasantly surprised by this. True, this is a "women's book" (how I've always resented this category when registering books here!), but romance is very much in the background, and it tackles more or less the essential questions of life.
I loved the idea of a place where lost things go, "Here", and I thought the story was very well constructed. I felt a tiny bit disappointed towards the end, when I would have liked a bit more of an explanation (and this cost the book a star or two in my rating -- some scenes here really are worthy of a 9!), but overall I really, really enjoyed this. I'm sure I'll revisit the concept of "Here" quite often; not only when I'm looking for something, but probably more often when I wonder what something's place is.
