Thank you minnesota84 for bringing this to the UnCon. I'm glad it wasn't 'stolen'.
The idea was interesting, slavery still practiced in the present day US, but there wasn't really enough substance around that concept, it was really more concerned whether Victor finds his man or not. As so often the blurb gives a false sense of what the book is about. I haven't read anything else by this author so it was difficult to know what to expect.
