This series is getting better as I read more of the story. I feel like Alissa struggled in this book with her identity as a half-breed, as a hidden magic user trying to keep out of Bailic's knowledge of her abilities, and as a woman who is finding that there is love and attraction for her from two different sources. I know I have told you this before, but I need to thank you for introducing me to this author Lemmy.
