"I gave my life to become the person I am right now. Was it worth it?"

Wow! What a quote to start the book off with!! I didn't realize at first that this was written by the same author of Jonathan Livingston Seagull (one of my all-time favorite books). I read that one in a day, and I suspect this one will be a quick read, too.

Thanks, Janssen, for getting this in the mail so quickly! I will be sure to journal again with my thoughts once I've finished the book.

Richard Bach has done it again! How I wish I had unlimited resources to purchase dozens of copies of this book and send it out to everyone I've ever met or known. There were so many pages in this book that made me stop and think, "Oh, yes! That is so right. I remember, now!" Like Bach, I do not believe my life is a series of random coincidences and this book came along at just the right moment for where I am, personally.

My absolute favorite character in the book was the little "fairy" that gave the main characters their ideas and inspirations. I know that fairy! After finishing this particular passage, I took a long, meditative walk along the beach in Carmel (one of my favorite places in the world) and thanked my little "idea fairy" for all the work she puts into giving me good ideas and inspirations and I promised her that in the future I'm going to do my best to listen more carefully for her whispers.

I plan to purchase a second copy, at least, for my personal collection, but this copy is free to anyone else who would like to enjoy it.

CONTROLLED RELEASE

This book is so dear to me, I don't want to leave it in a random place where some careless person my toss it. Since it was a RABCK, I do want to keep it's journey going, however. I will be giving this to a dear friend when I see him tonight. I will explain to him about bookcrossing, but I'm sure he'll be quite excited about it anyway. This is totally his kind of thing. And don't worry, sbjanssen, I'll make sure that he knows he has to pass it along to someone else after he's done with it. :)

As it turns out, the friend I had in mind has already read this title, so I am keeping it on my "available" shelf a little longer. If there is still no interest, I will wild release it.
