I have two copies of this book, so this one is getting set free.
The Mrs Murphy Mystery series is always cute, but I haven't read this particular one yet. It's still on my TBR table.

This was my first read of this author and series. A cute theme with animals doing the talking. I just never warmed up to any of the characters. I will be trying this authors other books.
This storyline had the animals and their owner seraching for the killer of 3 town locals. I was surprised by the motive, finally something other than drugs.

Almost done now, I'll finish the book tonight. At first the idea of talking animals seemed weird to me but little by little I got used to it. Well, maybe the animals are the best part of the book. And the pictures are adorable!
This is a suitable book for the You're Such an Animal Release Challenge. I would not like the animals become stray cats and dog. I must find a releasing place there local bookcrossers have an opportunity to catch them.

Annelis got me convinced that this is the very book for a cat lover. Illustrations at least are great. Thanks, Annelis.
