A wonderful novel from Birmingham author Fiona Joseph. The story of women in WW1 who worked at the Cadbury factory and who together packed boxes of comforts for the troops.

I often forget to journal a book until I read it and I apologise for this very long delay. I was very touched that you bought me this book, Fiona Joseph's was my favourite speaker at the Uncon that year and I really enjoyed Beatrice so I'm really pleased this book has finally got its turn.
