Third in the series. I enjoy this mystery with an aristocratic British accent, although I am not quite sure where the "Flush" in the title comes from.

The story starts out similar to the earlier volumes: Georgiana, great granddaughter of Queen Victoria, is close to penniless and tries to find work to get some income, with disastrous result. To avoid gossips she is sent home to Scotland, where she finds that the chain of mishaps happening to the royalty seems to be more an attempt of assassination rather than unfortunate coincidences. But who is after the crown?
