Journal Entry 1 by Southernfryed from Lexington, South Carolina USA on Wednesday, September 16, 2015
my niece gave me this today
9/15/2020
I chose to read this book this month because it met Plum-Crazy's "What to Read for September" theme of Noah's Ark. This is not the kind of book I would normally choose to read but a free copy passed my way and I thought I'd like to see what all the hype behind this book was about. It had more animal cruelty than I care to read about, yet the story was interesting enough to keep me reading. Generally, when a book has been made into a movie, I like to watch the movie after reading the book. Not so, with this one.
