The famed long-lost second book by Harper Lee.

This is a hard review to write. I am not sure how I feel about the book. I feel dissatisfied somehow, like the ending comes too swiftly, and Jean Louise seems to go on like before.
I did enjoy revisiting with old and loved characters, although there was a lot of behaviour that I didn't like in the characters too. And Go Set a Watchman was written before To Kill a Mockingbird, so there were some aspects about Scout's past that are not the same as in the Mockingbird book.
So five stars from me, which is low on my usual rating scale. The book is well written and in some ways enjoyable to read, but I can't help but feel disappointed.
I will likely pass this on at the monthly meet-up of Canberra Bookcrossers tomorrow.

I bought a box of hardcover books for my little street library and saw a familiar sticker.
Happy to get this book back out into the wild shortly
