Rescued from the Oxfam cull, ie not clean enough or interesting enough for the average Oxfam buyer in posh Holywood and would be consigned to the council tip, had I not rescued it!
Brought this to read on holiday so I could pass it on to our niece. Good story with compelling characters and a nice historical twist. I also liked that not every mystery was explained by the end.
Given to my niece.
