I actually read this book several years ago and loved it. I have purchased it again to pass along to a friend who has recently retired. I think I'll re-read it before I send it on its way.

With a huge stack of TBR books and little time to do it before I set out on a new adventure, I have decided not to re read this book before I give it away. Remembering how this story stayed with me for days after I finished the pages...Remembering how I love to have a book "touch" me the way this one did.
