Read this a few years ago. Shall re-read, journal and release!

I found this had a depressed undertone but purpose of book may well have been cathartic for Lewis, who had come through the other side of a depression and taken on the challenge of sailing in a confined space, with a progressively grumpy husband (all will be revealed in reading it!).
I liked the sailing detail, despite being a non-sailor and have respect for what they took on.
