The newspapers reported the case with relish. Jane (Jinx) Kingsley, fashion photographer and heiress, tried to kill herself after being unceremoniously jilted by her finace, who has since disappeared - together with Jinx's best friend Meg...

I like the style of writing in this book with notes and newspaper articles included. Great storyline. I didn't guess the ending.
