WILD RELEASE NOTES:
Congratulations!! You have found a rare and unique gift, a travelling book!!
While it is possible I have read and given my thoughts on this book, it is more likely it is a book I found/purchased specifically to send out into the world! In either case, please read what has been said before, where has this book been, who enjoyed it, who didn't -- and perhaps, if you care to, you can add your two cents!
You do not have to join bookcrossing to pick up, enjoy, and journal a book -- however, if you do decide to join us, please consider using me (innae) as your recommending friend, and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to drop me a personal message (for more info, check out the FAQ).
And again, thank you for saving this book from a life of boredom!

“...a rare and exciting look at one significant piece of scientific research—Watson and Crick’s race to discover the molecular structure of the gene.”
Perhaps this book should move again. Reserved for Biographies of Things bookbox.

I released this book in the Biographies of Things bookbox. Enjoy!
Made a brief sojourn at my house as part of the Biography of Things bookbox. A famous work of scientific history. Seems like you'll want to read this if you are planning to spend time in Cambridge, England, where they worked.
I received this book as part of the Mary Zee's Biography of Things bookbox. While I did flip through it, I am not going to hang on to it and will send it back on its way to the next recipient in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Okay, so I got the book box back pre-pandemic. Pandemic sucked out much of my enthusiasm for anything and I have never logged any of the books.
I am finally feeling ready to start another round of the book box. PM me if you are interested. This book has only been seen by a few people, so it will be included. I would struggle to read this given the author because of the lack of credit that has ever been given to Rosalind Franklin, whose name deserves to be as well known as Crick and Watson, if not more so.

Putting back in the box for the Biographies of Things Bookbox. (I have a copy of this already.) Hope it finds a nice home!
Sometimes it is funny to see your own book come back around: Arrived in Colorado aboard the Biographies of Things bookbox.
This book will be continuing its journey!
This book will be continuing its journey!
This book went all the way around in the Biographies of Things book box and has come back to me. It still makes me mad looking at it and thinking about Rosalind Franklin -- especially where the blurb on the back has a throwaway reference to "Rosalind Franklin's last student" -- a male (of course)!
I think this will go in the pile of books I have for wild release in the local area. There are a couple of Little Free Libraries near museums and laboratories here where a scientist might enjoy encountering it.
